Data controller
The controller of personal data processed through this website is FUSION VENTURES Sp. z o.o., ul. Stefana Batorego 18 lok. 108, 02-591 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0001140636, NIP 7011234745, REGON 540280837 (“Axion Trip”, “we”). What we process and why
Enquiries. When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we process the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, travel dates, destinations and the number of travellers. We use them to answer you and to prepare an offer or arrangement you ask for. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in replying to general questions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Our contact form. The form on the Contact page does not send anything to us. It opens WhatsApp with a draft message, and you decide whether to send it.
Searches. The flight and hotel search forms build a link to Trip.com in your browser. Your search details travel to Trip.com when you continue; we do not receive or store them.
Technical data. Our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Paid services. If you buy an Axion Trip service, we keep invoices and related records to meet tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Please do not send passport numbers, ID documents or payment details through WhatsApp or email unless we have agreed a secure way to do so.
Who receives your data
We use service providers who process data on our behalf or as independent providers: our hosting provider (Hostinger), our email provider (Google) and WhatsApp (Meta). If we arrange travel services for you, we share the necessary details with the airline, hotel or other provider involved, with your agreement. Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on safeguards required by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
When you follow a link to Trip.com or another partner website, that company becomes responsible for the data you give it under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for up to 3 years after our last contact, in case of follow-up questions or claims. Invoices and accounting records are kept for 5 years from the end of the year in which they were issued, as required by Polish law. Hosting logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, and object to processing based on our legitimate interests. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.
Giving us your details is voluntary, but we cannot answer an enquiry without a way to contact you. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Browser storage
We store your chosen booking currency and language in your browser. See the Cookie Policy for details.
