Can you help with my visa for Saudi Arabia?
Entry requirements for Saudi Arabia depend on your nationality and where you live. We point you to the official requirements that apply to you and help you prepare. Visa decisions are made by the Saudi authorities, and Axion Trip is not a government body.
How early should I plan?
For most of the year, two to three months ahead gives a good choice of flights and hotels. Ramadan and school holidays are the busiest times, and hotels close to the mosques fill up early, so start planning as soon as you know your dates.
Can I travel from any city?
Yes. Tell us where you will start, and we look for flights from that city into Jeddah or Madinah, including connections where needed.
Can you plan for elderly travellers or wheelchair users?
Yes. We look for hotels with easy access to the mosques, step-free rooms where available, and transport that suits your needs. Let us know about any assistance you need when you first get in touch.
Do I need to send my passport details for a quote?
No. To prepare options we only need your dates, departure city and number of travellers. Please never send passport numbers or payment details by WhatsApp or email.
