Questions
Visa assistance FAQ
Can you guarantee that my visa will be approved?
No one can. Visa decisions are made only by the embassy, consulate or immigration authority. What we can do is help you submit a complete, consistent and well-prepared application.
How long does a visa take?
It depends on the country and the time of year. For example, Schengen visa decisions are normally made within 15 calendar days of your appointment, and can take longer in busy periods. Start early, especially before summer and holidays.
Do I need to book flights before I apply?
Many applications ask for a clear travel plan, but we usually advise against paying for non-refundable flights before you have your visa. We help you show your plans in a way that fits the requirements.
Can you help if my visa was refused before?
Yes. Share the refusal reasons you were given, and we will help you understand them and prepare a stronger application next time. You must always declare previous refusals truthfully.
Is my personal information safe?
We only ask for what we need. Please do not send passport numbers, bank details or document scans by WhatsApp or email until we have agreed how to share them securely.
